SF Express Delivery:

- Each order would allow one shipping address only.

- Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$600 or more (net product amount, calculated based on a single order), and HK$80 per item will be charged for items less than HK$600.

* If the delivery address does not have direct elevator access, SF Express will charge a surcharge at the time of delivery, and the surcharge will be paid directly to SF Express by the customer.

* SF Express reserves the right to modify the coverage of remote areas at any time without prior notice.

*  If the address you choose is different from the actual delivery address, the delivery will be affected and the goods will be returned. In this case, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost.

* The delivery personnel only provide delivery services. If you have any questions about the products you receive, please contact our customer service department directly. The delivery staff cannot handle the return or exchange for you.
